Objectives: :
To provide the participants with the tools and techniques required to design, build, maintain and upgrade computer networks connected to the Internet.
Prerequisites:
Basic knowledge of UNIX (or Linux) and TCP/IP
Directed to:
People involved in the planning of an Internet POP or medium to large computer networks.

Maximum of 60 Participants.
Methodology:
This is a theoretical/practical course. Curriculum delivery will be a combination of lectures with hands-on sessions.
This year particular emphasis will be given to wireless technologies.
Lab work will cover:
1. Static and dynamic routing on wireless networks
2. Voice over IP.
3. Traffic analysis and qualisty of service
4. Special servios: Netfilter, Proxy and PVFS.
5. Security on wireloss networks by means of VPN
6. Long distance wireless links.
